Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating a MonoChalk account or using the API, you agree to these terms. If you use MonoChalk on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. The service
MonoChalk provides an API and dashboard to connect, publish, schedule, and manage posts across supported social platforms. Platform availability and features may change.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must comply with each connected platform's own terms and content policies.
- You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to publish it.
- You must keep your API keys secret and are responsible for activity under your workspace.
- No unlawful, infringing, spam, or abusive use.
4. Platform access
MonoChalk acts on your behalf using tokens you authorize via OAuth. You may disconnect accounts at any time, which revokes our access.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at signup. Some platforms (e.g. X) carry pass-through usage costs metered separately.
6. Availability & disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for platform outages, rejected posts, or policy actions taken by third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonoChalk's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
